Glow Dance Collective

Winner of Glow Eindhoven's open talent call: a booth where visitors record a dance move with a depth camera, and a building-sized projection where every visitor's dance grooves to an original soundtrack.

The Glow Dance Collective won Glow Eindhoven's open talent call. It is a collaboration with Jolie Smets, and it will be showcased in Helmond in November 2026.

Visitors step into a physical booth fitted with a depth camera, a TV and lights, where they record a short dance move of their own.

Every recorded move then appears in a large projection on a building, so the dances of all the visitors are shown together and groove along to music we compose ourselves.

The whole thing is built in Unity, from the capture in the booth through to the projection.
